Selling The Luxury Home

Luxury HomeMost luxury home sellers often times say they use a real estate agent because of the agent’s knowledge of the luxury home market, as there is a plethora of services a real estate agent can offer a luxury home seller. The three top being price, product, and promotion.

PRICE:  A good real estate agent is able to narrow down the pricing of the home assuring the seller receives top dollar for their home.  Any time a home goes on the market there are only so many buyers who are able to afford the price tag of a luxury home and it is this unique audience that needs capturing. 

PRODUCTION: Every home is a product, and as soon as the for sale sign is put on the yard sellers should be encouraged to do the necessary improvements to increase the odds of someone finding their home to purchase.

PROMOTION:  In this aspect the estate agent goes to work.  A seller needs to know how the real estate agent will get their home exposed to the buying public.  A real estate agent is invaluable in the sale of any home but especially a luxury home.
