Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco Washington added about 110 nonfarm jobs in September and the unemployment rate dropped slightly from August. The State Employment Security Department also reports then number of nonfarming jobs increased by 2.28 percent from one year ago.
The Tri Cities Washington stable economy and satisfactory employment conditions are helping to keep the real estate market stimulated. Although sales are down slightly, as sales are generally down heading into the winter season, property values are not seeing the decreases most of the country is seeing.
Now is as good a time as any to invest in Tri Cities Washington real estate!
