I agree about the "doom and gloom" part. In our area, we are not seeing anything like what mainstream media is painting. In fact, things are rather good. I hope it's not the 'calm before the storm!' ;)

Foreclosure does indeed take its toll, but a lot of this is the result of poor planning and over-buying!
I agree Richard. If it wasn't for America's love of acquiring what they have no business buying, we wouldn't be in the mess we are in.
