Where: Howard Amon Park, Richland Washington, 99352. What: 13th annual Tumbleweed Music Festival where music, dance, and workshops combine for an enjoyable, relaxed 2009 Labor Day weekend. The yearly festival is organized by the Three Rivers Folklife Society and is a celebration of music that includes dozens of musical performances and workshops.
